In a recent Instagram video, she showed how to use a baby wrap, which has been a “lifesaver” since welcoming her son, Ford. However, fans couldn’t get over her bundle of joy’s adorableness and thick hair.
Katherine Schwarzenegger is giving fans a sweet look at life with her 4-month-old son, Ford Fitzgerald Schwarzenegger Pratt. On March 15, she took to Instagram to share a heartwarming moment while demonstrating how she uses the Solly Baby wrap carrier.

In the video, Arnold Schwarzenegger’s daughter can be seen wrapping her newborn snugly against her chest, explaining that the carrier has been a “lifesaver” since Ford’s arrival.
“This little guy loves being close, and the @sollybaby wrap has been a lifesaver for wearing around the house—especially with two busy big sisters running around!” she captioned the post.

Fans were quick to gush over the adorable baby, with many unable to resist commenting on his full head of hair. “Awww what a cutie! Love his little Mohawk that’s happening!😍” one fan wrote.
Another added, “Ford has a lot of hair, so cute❤️❤️.” Others couldn’t help but admire his overall cuteness, with one commenting, “Such a precious little one! He is adorable!” and another simply exclaiming, “That hair!!!”
Other fans chimed in with messages of support and excitement, calling the tender moment a reflection of a mother’s love, while others congratulated her growing family.
However, not everyone focused on the wrap itself — one commenter jokingly pointed out that Ford’s face was mostly hidden in the video, sparking lighthearted discussion.
Katherine shares Ford with her husband, actor Chris Pratt. The couple announced their son’s birth on Instagram in November 2024, writing in part, “We are overjoyed to announce the birth of our son, Ford Fitzgerald Schwarzenegger Pratt.”
They are also parents to daughters Lyla Maria, born in 2020, and Eloise Christina, born in 2022. When announcing Lyla’s birth, they shared, “We are beyond thrilled to announce the birth of our daughter, Lyla Maria Schwarzenegger Pratt. We couldn’t be happier and we feel extremely blessed! Love, Katherine and Chris.”
Two years later, after welcoming their second daughter, the couple wrote, “We are so excited to announce the birth of our second daughter, Eloise Christina Schwarzenegger Pratt. We feel beyond blessed and grateful. Love, Katherine and Chris.”
In addition to their three children, Chris has a son, Jack, from his previous marriage to actress Anna Faris. Jack, born nine weeks premature in August 2012, spent time in the NICU following his early arrival.
Anna previously recalled the experience, sharing, “Chris and I were so scared, but when Jack came out, even though he was so tiny, he looked so good to us.”

While Chris has openly spoken about fatherhood over the years, Katherine has embraced parenting in her own way as well, sharing heartfelt moments from her journey as a mother.
Her father has also expressed how proud he is to see her raising a family. At the premiere of his Netflix series “Fubar” in 2023, the Hollywood star reflected on watching her embrace motherhood, calling it an incredible experience.
“It’s nice to see your kids having kids themselves and to watch this new dimension,” Arnold said. “You see them growing up and you see them going to school and getting smart and getting their degrees, getting their jobs and all this, but now seeing them be a parent? It’s fantastic. It’s really great.”
In addition to opening up about the wonder it has been to watch his daughter become a mother, Arnold has also shared the joys of being a grandfather.
During an interview in 2024, the actor revealed that Lyla and Eloise constantly visited his home at least once a week. When visiting, the kids and Arnold played with the animals in his home, including the miniature donkey and pig.
“They play around with the animals. We have really a great, great time. The only thing is that they are a little spoiled,” he revealed.
The actor also shared that the kids refused to help shovel animal waste in the stalls. Chris humorously backed them up, noting that his kids were not brought up to shovel manure.
Both kids refer to Arnold as “Opa,” a German word for grandpa. “It’s just such a fun thing to do because it’s kind of like I [didn’t] know how good I would be [at being a grandfather], but I have the animals, so it’s an easy thing,” he said.
As a father, Arnold’s strict parenting often included teaching his kids life lessons the family relished recalling years later. He once burned Katherine’s shoes after she disobeyed his instructions for a third time.
Katherine shared the story with her daughter as Lyla started leaving her shoes in the same place, by the fireplace. She hoped to instill in her kids the same values taught by her parents.
Katherine further shared what it was like growing up as the daughter of an action star, revealing that she was embarrassed by her father’s fame and luxurious life. However, she eventually learned to embrace Arnold’s celebrity status.
