People Express Concern as Ashley St. Clair, Mother of Elon Musk’s Child, Has Been Absent From Social Media for Over a Month

The latest woman to welcome a child with tech billionaire, Elon Musk, has been absent from X for over a month. Her disappearance has sparked concern among netizens, with one person even theorizing that Musk might be involved.

This week, social media users took to X to express their worries about Ashley St. Clair’s long absence from the platform. Her last post was on February 16, 2025, when she uploaded a photo of Ukraine’s President, Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

In the image, Zelenskyy sat facing the camera while holding a pen. Weighing in on the political aspect, St. Clair captioned the post, writing, “can u believe the nerve of this gold digger. [sic]” On her X account, she described herself as an author and director. She gained worldwide attention when she recently revealed she allegedly gave birth to Musk’s child.

Resharing her last post in March, one netizen commented“I don’t want to alarm anyone but [sic] she literally hasn’t posted anything since this.” Another person, sharing a screenshot of her X profile along with her pinned and last post, questioned“Is Ashley St Clair dead or put in a bunker somewhere? Dead air for over a month.”

Echoing similar concerns, someone else pointed out“It’s been a whole month since Ashley St. Clair’s last timeline post. Have we lost her?” Another speculated“Elon made Ashley st [sic] Clair disappear.”

Tagging St. Clair, a concerned netizen asked“What ever happened to Ashley St.Clair. She use to post about 50 time a day and now hasn’t posted in month. Her last post was a month ago accusing zelensky being a gold digger. [sic]”

St. Clair initially posted a Valentine’s Day statement on X revealing the birth of her child. She captioned it with the Latin phrase “Alea iacta est,” meaning “The die is cast.” The phrase is a variation of a quote attributed by Suetonius to Julius Caesar on January 10, 49 BC.

Her statement read, “Five months ago, I welcomed a new baby into the world. Elon Musk is the father. I have not previously disclosed this to protect our child’s privacy and safety, but in recent days it has become clear that tabloid media intends to do so, regardless of the harm it will cause.”

St. Clair continued, “I intend to allow our child to grow in a normal and safe environment. For that reason, I ask that the media honor our child’s privacy, and refrain from invasive reporting.”

After receiving numerous responses, she returned the following day to express her gratitude for the kind words. The author said she wished she hadn’t needed to make a statement in the first place, as she believed such matters should be off-limits to journalists.

St. Clair did reveal that she planned to take some time off to be with family and would be logging off X for a while. She pinned the post to her account for everyone to see.
